When you are unsure of what session to do next... it's already in your plan. If you aren't sure on whether the latest trend is something you need to read about, I have already thought about it and decided on how to bring best practices in to our training plan. 

When you only need to over reach a little to gain a lot, it's already in the plan.

 

A Training Plan should be built to help you grow, not break you.

Who is this for?

I have successfully coached people to over 1'000 events. People who have thought they were too busy for a plan, or too busy to hit their goals. Shift work, returning from injuries, parents, self emploiyed. Busy, normal people!
